​Over a 2-3 year time period for both East Bay Innovation Academy and Hebrew Public, wrote the charter application and project managed the launch of a new schools including overseeing curriculum, hiring, facilities, and operations.

For Boston International Newcomers Academy, East Boston High School, Neighborhood House Charter School, provided technical support for Boston Schools Fund over a multi-year period to design the expansion, write an expansion plan, and project manage the expansion. Worked hand-in-hand with school, district, and CMO leaders to create successful expansions. 

In partnership with Next Generation Learning Challenges and Mass IDEAS, designed and facilitated three multi-day workshops for schools completing school redesign or school innovation initiatives, over a three-year grant period.

Coached 40+ entrepreneurs, school leaders, and teachers through Achievement First, Camelback Ventures, the Center for Women in Enterprise, Leading Educators, New Schools Venture Fund, and Next Generation Learning Challenges.

Wrote innovative history/social science curriculum and social-emotional learning curriculum for 5+ schools, including in-person and online formats.  Lead 4-5 professional learning sessions per year on school design, history/social science curriculum, and operations.  

Advised 5+ educational technology companies on strategy, school procurement, implementation, and teacher training.

Member of the Steering Committee and key team member of the Consultant Collaborative, a grassroots organization of independent consultants. Led professional learning, wrote Core Consultant Competencies and a new consultant guidebook, and designed and launched a mentoring program now its third year.

• With Catalyst: Exchange, paired over 300 schools and districts with consultants to provide support during the pandemic and distributed funds from the Barr Foundation, Gates Foundation, and the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative; created a Learning Agenda to document best practices.  

• Designed and led multi-day professional learning sessions and coached over 10 schools for New Schools for New Orleans four-year Personalized Learning initiative. 

• Reviewer for grantee selection for Walton Family Foundation over a 3-year period for both charter schools and innovative schools.

Founding team member for Investigating History Magnify and coached over 16 schools and school leaders, designed and led 6+ professional learning days, and created tools to support schools.
